Hi, I’m Amanda Zoller — but around here, most folks know me as “The Beef Lady.”

I’m a fourth-generation farmer, born and raised in Springfield, Georgia. Farming isn’t just what I do — it’s who I am. I grew up working cattle and raising crops like corn, soybeans, peanuts, and wheat alongside my family.

Today, my husband and I carry on that tradition, raising our cattle right here at home. I personally handle the daily care of our herd, making sure they are raised the right way — with attention, respect, and pride.

When you buy beef from us, you’re not just getting a product from a store shelf. You’re getting beef that’s been locally raised, carefully managed, and backed by generations of experience.
