Good Morning …. and what a beautiful morning it is … the sun’s just starting to creep out .. and little rays are making their way between the swaying leaves outside my window .. I always love how the sunlight dances through the leaves and you can see the movement on the wall or floor …
Yesterday I laid on the couch a good hour and just stared at the blue sky .. it’s amazing how simple things like that can just relax you .. I think in this busy world we forget the simple things we did as children .. laying in the grass watching the clouds go by .. and trying to make out if they were shaped like anything … sometimes it’s nice to be a kid again !

I hope this finds you all having a lovely day .. My “Sweetbriar Cottage” Restock is now in full swing in my Etsy shop … I’ve added not only this hand painted sign which is made from a salvaged table base .. but a second one you can see in the photos I created from all antique salvaged wood pieces …. Plus of course all these sweet farm and cottage goods that always make my heart swoon .. I hope they do yours as well…

Happy Thursday to you all …. I’ve been missing for a few weeks now … and it’s good to be back !!!

Easter Sunday I was just casually getting out of bed and something in my low back went wonky and I let out a yell and immediately could hardly stand or walk .. ( I’m at the age when just rolling out of bed can cause injury LOL 😂) Anyhoo .. I’ve had low back issues before but nothing this bad … I thought a few days would pass and it would too .. and this time that didn’t happen. The pain was excrutiating and laying down sitting or walking was all painful .. there was literally no comfortable way to rest .. so I Ended up at 2 Dr.s appts the last week, Lots of Ice, and anti- inflammatories … and I’m doing better .. still not perfect .. mornings I’m still sore and it takes me a little extra time to get going .. but I’m on the mend .. I seriously don’t want a repeat of this if at all avoidable. So no wonderful vacation or time off … it’s just been me trying to get back where I can actually move so I can get back to work.

I had this gorgeous spring restock photographed just days before my back went out … I finally have been able to get it all ready for a restock in my Etsy shop .. and it’s all available now … I normally add in all the individual photos of items .. but I still can’t sit that long without my back hurting so today I’m just sharing the gathering of goods photos for you all … so hop on over to my Etsy shop today if you see something that just hits your fancy ..
