Salespeople with Integrity, Grit, and the Desire to Succeed is what we are looking for. We work 9-5:30 Monday through Friday in the beautiful Hammons Tower in downtown Springfield, Missouri.

What you will be working on:

Making Calls to Prospective Real Estate Agents, Investors, and Brokers, and Lenders.
Solving problems and building relationships.
A ton Follow-Up.
Using proving processes to achieve targeted results.
Being a Team-Player.
Stacking your commissions - up to 25% of all your sales revenue.
Learning about and increasing your real estate knowledge.
Improving and polishing your people handling skills.
