As we recognize Gun Safety Awareness Month, pediatricians and law enforcement professionals are coming together around a shared message: safe storage saves lives.
Fi****ms are now the leading cause of death for children and teens.
🔒 4.6M children live in homes with unlocked, loaded guns.
🔹 Locking just 20% could prevent up to 135 youth deaths a year.
