Every year at NLS, we choose one person who truly embodies what “Do Good Work” looks like in action. It’s not an easy decision — we’re surrounded by incredible talent — but this year’s Employee of the Year made it pretty undeniable.

Today, we pause to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. — not just with words, but with action.
