Our Eagle Crest Business Complex team is working hard on a great number of tasks, but most notably overhead canopy installation, electrical rough-in, and insulating all plumbing piping.

Spoke's (also known as Mid-City Commons) project team is working hard on the five apartment buildings that make up the complex as well as site work. Current progress includes:

- Building A: finishing roofing, continuing Tyvek and window/door installation, and starting masonry.
- Building B: Finishing roof truss/decking, starting roofing, continuing plumbing rough-in and electrical box out.
- Building C: Ready for roof truss installation.
- Building D: First floor walls are standing.
- Building E: Placing final lift for building pad, foundations to follow.
- Site: AT&T to start fiber lowering, underground detention ready for engineered fill.

This project, like many apartment complex builds, is made up of multiple moving parts and requires constant attention, something our team members dedicate themselves to and excel at often.

The Swann Dermatology Partners - Branson project is complete. This 5,810 sq. ft. satellite office is located off of Pinehurst Dr. and Branson Hills Parkway and is serving the residents of Branson with their dermatological needs. The layout of the structure includes a large reception desk and lobby, eight exam rooms, one surgery room, a lab, a nurse's station, two utility rooms, a breakroom, a check-out area, storage rooms, several restrooms, and a large office.

Exterior features include a prefabricated porcelain wall tile façade, black anodized storefront systems, ACM, and metal panels. The interior aesthetics showcase modern design themes; including marble tile, LED strip-lighted millwork, and plush floor coverings.
