Any member planning to show an auction eligible project at the 2026 fair needs to read the Auction information below:

All 4-H and FFA members planning to show market animals at the 2026 Clark Co. Jr. Fair and participate in the 2026 Clark Co. Jr. Fair Livestock Auction must make an auction entry by June 15, 2026.

Entry Requirements:

Limited to One Market Animal Unit (Must choose species at entry)
Choose Either Live or On-Line Sale Option
Utilize an e-mail address that you check frequently to receive updates and information from the Sales Committee Management

There are numerous changes to the 2026 Jr. Fair Sales Rules for Exhibitors. Please find a copy of the Sales rules attached. You are encouraged to read these and act as needed to successfully participate in the Auction.

Highlights of Actions Needed by YOU:

Make auction entry by June 15.
Complete and Turn in a Declaration Form to the Sales Office by 5 PM, Saturday, July 25 for ALL Market Animals to designate whether each animal is going home or on the packer truck. No changes after form submission. Not fulfilling your declaration will forfeit your auction entry.
If participating in the online auction, take a photo in show attire at the Fair at one of the designated backdrops and upload to your auction entry by midnight, Thurs., July 30.
Required to turn in buyer thank you note(s) addressed and postage stamped for each buyer at the time you pick up your check on the fairgrounds once your sale unit account is paid in full or not later than 60 days after buyers are invoiced.
