Caught momma fox and her almost adult kit on our trail camera yesterday. Fox kits normally leave mothers home range at about 6 to 7 montsh of age. It will probably be only a month or so until the young fox ventures out completely independently! Enjoy!

I'm sharing a view of the World War II Memorial that draws attention to its orderly symmetry and the steady arcs of the fountain. The black-and-white tones bring out the repeating columns and the way light plays on the water, giving the scene a calm, respectful presence. Osprey catches two fish on one dive! If you look closely, you will see two fish in this Osprey's talons. The first photo is right after it emerged from the water, and the second photo is the Osprey flying away with its fresh catch! Enjoy!
