Whoops...while cleaning up the photos in my phone (Mrs.M), I realized I forgot to post some pictures. These are the SR MA, EMT and some NA students that participated in a day of learning about various apects of working in surgery. Ms. Harwood, along with Kelly Newsome , from MVH did a simulation of preparing a patient for surgery, setting up the instruments, a full surgical scrub, the proper way to put on PPE, how to suture (using chicken legs) and then removing them. It was a very busy day!
