Summary: This position performs a variety of non-technical and semi-skilled maintenance tasks in support of Facilities & Services operations. This position assists in the maintenance, sustainment, improvement, and repair of campus buildings and infrastructure across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, and HVAC work. Task are performed below the level of journeyman and may involve general maintenance duties.
