Soooo proud of two of our amazing kickboxers who took on the challenge of a Tough Mudder in Chicagoland a couple weeks ago! Marissa and Andy trekked their way through 30k and a dozen obstacles! You guys rock!!
Kickboxers! No class tonight, as I had to leave town for a family emergency. Norm will lead class tomorrow night if I am not back by then. So, sign up for tomorrow!!

We had an amazing Halloween workout last week!! One of our students even came dressed up as one of our other students!! We had a blast!!
