I've been in the kitchen cooking up my goals. Education is so important in the real estate industry, especially for consumers who periodically buy and sell. Creating a guide for my (potential) clients has been a goal of mine. I can say today, I have nearly completed my sellers guide. I am so excited to start bringing it with me to all my listing consultations.

Today I'm reviewing my AARE course and my Auctioneers of Real Estate Conference. Being an auctioneer and a real estate agent, making sure that I am staying top of game for my businesses is so important. While those classes we extremely informational. It's important to go back and review materials, just incase their are things that could have slipped through the cracks so to speak. My goal as an agent and an auctioneer is to always provide the best services for my clients as a I possibly can.

Last night was home made pizza night. I had a great time with my family making pizzas. What is your favorite type of home made pizza?

Back in the office to get organized and refocused for next week! Sometimes we have to take time on a day we would normally have "off" to put into our business. Today I am building a cma for a listing consultation coming up, watching educational videos on a new program I am using to help build my business, and setting up a new investor client up with a search tailored to their needs. Among a list of other things such as, preparation for a few auctions I'll be conducting this coming up week and marketing for my open house next weekend.

Sunday morning looked a little different over here 🤍

Coffee in hand, I mapped out marketing plans, set business goals, and organized my schedule for the week ahead… all from the dinner table. In between it all? Toddler music on repeat, snack requests every five minutes, and my oldest proudly showing me his latest LEGO masterpiece 🧸✨

It’s not quiet. It’s not perfectly organized. But it’s real life.

Building a business while raising little humans isn’t about balance in the perfect sense… it’s about blending the chaos with the purpose. And today, that looked like spreadsheets + sticky fingers + lots of love.
