Freestyle Apparel & Design, a leading custom apparel and screen printing company in Springfield, IL, is seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves building relationships with our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Process orders, payments, and returns accurately, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Assist customers with order updates, product questions, and custom apparel inquiries.
• Coordinate with our design and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house environment for walk-in clients.
• Support team efforts to uphold Freestyle’s reputation for top-notch service in the Springfield community.

Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or a service-oriented business.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a bustling environment.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email, POS systems, and order management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing our brand.
• Knowledge of apparel, screen printing, or design is a plus but not required.
