Looking for dependable, detail oriented staff to work a set residential cleaning schedule. Experience not required - we provide paid on the job training.

LOOKING FOR A PART TIME JOB = a couple days per week - or 4 (not full time) feel free to apply. Let us know in your application what days you are wanting to work and we may be able to build a customer schedule to fit your requested schedule (but must still fit during the day, Mon-Fri).

*Must have reliable transportation TO work (you don't have to drive your vehicle FOR work - we have company vehicles.)
**Must be reliable - we will work around scheduled time off or appointments (but not no call/no shows.)
***Must be willing to learn - this is not the same as cleaning your own home. Our company and customers have high cleaning expectations that we will teach you!

Our applicant screening process is simple - we start with a phone interview to discuss the position. If it seems like a fit, we will schedule an in-person interview.

*Full Time = Mon - Fri 8:00am-5:00pm.
*$13-14/hour starting based on experience
*Paid weekly - W2 position
*Paid Time Off (PTO) earned after 90 days
*Paid Company Holidays
*Company Vehicle Provided after 90 days

*MINIMUM 1 year residential cleaning experience required
*History of staff leadership preferred.
*Must be able to pass a background check.
*Must posses a valid driver’s license AND a clean driving record (insurable).

*A home based business. You will arrive at work and assist with preparing supplies for the day. Then travel to customer homes scheduled that day.

Physical Demands
*This role is NOT the same as cleaning your own residence - we are professionals and take great care with the details.
*Physically active for up to 4 hours at a time with little breaktime.
*Work around dust, cleaning chemicals and house pets.
*Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
*Stand / Walk / Sit.
*Reach Outward and Above Shoulder.
*Crawl / Squat / Kneel / Bend.
*Lift/Carry up to 20 pounds.
*Push/pull up to 40 pounds.
