What a great day to take in the Big Boy steam train that came through the heart of Springfield & area communities. We hope our customers got to catch a glimpse in person.

This animation is a great insight to our experiences with warranty companies. There are exceptions as we admit a few have come through for our customers. However, the negative interactions by the majority of them make it a negative experience. The biggest issue is the time involved in dealing with them & shop productivity comes to a standstill while communicating and waiting on their decisions. They rarely ever pay inspections, tax or diagnostics which our customers naturally come to expect to be covered by them. We are sorry if you have purchased one.
