Ministry En Motion

It is a lot easier to recognize someone else's struggle than it is to be honest about our own. That is exactly why Jesus spent so much time confronting religious people who looked faithful on the outside but had stopped letting God search their hearts. We all want grace when we fail, patience while we grow, and understanding when we fall short. Yet it is easy to forget that the people around us need those same things too.

This does not mean we ignore sin or lower God's standard. Jesus never did. Instead, He calls us to start with ourselves. Before we correct someone else, we invite the Holy Spirit to correct us. Before we point out someone else's weakness, we remember how much mercy God has shown us. That kind of humility changes the way we love people and keeps our hearts soft before God. 🙌
