Jesus loves you and ENJOYS you. For too long, believers have been under a " work harder" mindset which was never the truth. Jesus said, "Come". Aren't you glad He didn't say " Get your act together, THEN come"
Today, right where you're sitting, He's smiling at you, His arms are wide open, and He bids you "Come closer. Let me fill every particle of who you are with my love, with my light, with my truth"
He waits on us to come to him, just as we are. He receives us and the most profoundly satisfying journey begins. It takes time to know Him, just like it takes time spent with anyone to really know them. The more you know Jesus, the more you want to run into his arms and be with him. He's not mad at you. He delights in you! Before you were born, He was already singing over you... May we learn to receive his love easily. May we learn to believe what He says above and beyond what anyone else says. Spend time with him today and you will discover that He is everything you've longed for... He is Life, He is freedom and He is Fun. He is your strength on your hardest days. He is wisdom so soak Him up today.

We want to say Thank You to all the fathers. Our families need you, our businesses need you, our towns and cities need you. Everything runs better and stays in balance with fathers "fathering". God bless each of you. We are so very thankful for the many fathers in all our lives.

We want to praise the ultimate Father this morning, our wonderful heavenly Father who loves us like no other. He is the One who listens and loves. Thinking about his patience towards us steadies and comforts us. May we give Him the praise due Him.

Lastly, if your earthly father is alive, reach out today. There will come a time when He isn't here and the option to reach out is no longer. Find the"gold" in your father and honor him. If there's any strain or hurt in your relationship with your father, forgive and let God heal you. The Ultimate Father gives great grace to us as we choose to forgive and let our hearts be healed. Did you know that healed hearts always find the "gold" in others? May every heart reading this be healed and strengthened today.
