Summer means backyard BBQs, lake trips, neighborhood walks, and plenty of time outdoors. ☀️
Here's something most people don't think about:
Your balance works harder on grass than it does on your kitchen floor.
Uneven surfaces like grass, gravel, boat docks, and sandy paths require your brain, muscles, and joints to make constant adjustments to keep you steady.
A few things that can affect your balance more than you might realize:
💧 Dehydration
💡 Poor lighting
🌱 Uneven ground
Sometimes it isn't that your balance has suddenly changed. It's that the environment around you is asking more from your body.
The goal isn't to avoid summer. It's to enjoy every bit of it with confidence. 💙
