Good morning!
PSA to our clients or one's wanting to become clients as to our scheduling and fees moving forward.
We are an APPOINTMENT ONLY based clinic. We have ONE veterinarian and he can only be spread so thin. We are a small practice currently busting at the seams due to an overwhelming increase in new clients/pets. We may not be far from stepping back from accepting new clients if this persists.
PLEASE be patient with us and understand there may be days/weeks where we cannot get you in and have to refer. We absolutely hate having to turn away clients, especially long term clients who have been with us for many years.
Understand that if you choose to show up anyways knowing we do not have availability and we have to "work you in" through other appointments there is an automatic exam fee of $150. NO EXEPTIONS, plus whatever treatment costs are and those are expected to be paid in full at time of service. WE DO NOT TAKE PAYMENT PLANS.
If you do not show up for an appointment or do not give us a 24hr notice on needing to cancel/reschedule it's an automatic $25 fee added to acct. If the appointment is for two animals there will be a $50 fee since that appointment would be scheduled for an hour.
If you no show or call late to reschedule for a surgery that is an automatic $50 fee added to acct. We absolutely understand things come up. Leave us a voicemail the day before if after hours if you do not want to incure a fee. This has been our policy for the last 4 years. It's not an issue if needing to cancel, just please do it ahead of time if you do not want a fee added to account.
Thank you all for understanding. Noticing an uptick in walk-in appointments and needed to address this to help cut down on those. Please be mindful that we are already stretched and just showing up just adds to it and disrupts the appointments others took the time to make ahead of time.
