It’s being reported that this child has been seen walking in the streets alone before. Multiple adults nearby are trying to get the child to come to them.

Update - child was reportedly taking mail out of mailboxes. A female came out of a house and picked up the child and took inside. PD is making contact at the home to make sure child is ok.
