Project Challenge is a private nonprofit charitable organization in the Great State of North Carolina.
Project Challenge NC Inc. is looking for applicants to work with juveniles to become confident productive members of their community through community service and restitution activities. Position is based on the Qualla Boundary Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians and is perfect for a person who is looking to work part time. (20 hours per week)
Requirements:
-Criminal background check
Valid NC drivers license with good driving record
-High School Diploma or GED with work experience
-A genuine desire to help delinquent and undisciplined youth
-The ability to work with and be part of a team
-Excellent time management skills

Project Challenge NC, Inc. is looking for inspired, self-motivated, and kid-centered applicants for an opening as Watauga County Program Coordinator! The position is 40 hours weekly with benefits at $12.47/hr. Project Challenge’s mission is to help youth become confident productive members of their community through the offering of their time and talents and through challenging recreational activities. We provide court-ordered youth with the opportunity to work off their community service hours and restitution. (Project Challenge Main Office located in Spruce Pine, NC. Prefer Watauga or Avery County resident for position.)
