Where Strength Meets Sip

Barrel & Barbell is a high-energy fitness and social experience designed to balance movement, mindset, and connection.

We kick things off with a guided warm-up and breath-focused prep to get your body ready to move and your focus locked in.
From there, you’ll rotate through group workout circuits with fun, spontaneous competitions mixed in — expect teamwork, sweat, laughs, and just the right amount of challenge.
Midway, we pause for a short reset to catch your breath, hydrate, and recharge before finishing strong with final movement challenges.

Once the workout wraps, the vibe shifts.
You’ll refuel with post-workout protein, get introduced to the barrel side of the experience, and enjoy curated spirit tastings paired with education and conversation.
We close with relaxed networking, community connection, and good energy all around.
