The workout today went amazing. We did a workout that had the following rep format: 6-8-10-8-6 and it was 6 minutes on and two minutes off. The workouts were in the following order: DB sn**ch, Pull-ups, Hand release push-ups, Toes to bar, and Pistol squats, respectively.

135 Pound hang power clean, 15 reps
15 Burpees
Wednesday: (We are going to modify this, of course)
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
Friday:
8 400m
Monday:
3 Rounds for time
50 Pushups
50 Situps
50 Body Squats
Bench
4-4-4-4
Squat
4-4-4-4
Wednesday:
10 Shuttle runs
10 NFL combine drills
10 Chris' TKD footwork drills
10 Zig Zag
50m weighted lunges to 100m sprint
Friday
10 400m sprints
