May is National Foster Care Month! đź’ś

At Bringing Families Together, we know that when people of all ages and walks of life come together, we create something stronger—a community rooted in care, connection and hope.

Supporting Youth and Strengthening Families is our mission and everyday work:
✔️ Centering and uplifting the voices of youth
✔️ Supporting foster parents, birth parents, kinship caregivers, and adoptive families
✔️ Walking alongside birth families on the path to safe reunification
✔️ Helping older youth thrive through our TLSS (Transitional Living Scattered Site) Program
✔️ Strengthening families and communities—one child, one home, one connection at a time

We proudly support all those impacted by foster care:
• Children and teens who show strength in the face of change
• Foster parents who open their hearts and homes
• Birth families working toward reunification
• Youth aging out of care who are building independent futures

đź’ś Together, we foster hope. Together, we bring families together.

As Child Abuse Prevention Month comes to a close, LFCS wants to help Missourians feel confident recognizing and responding to concerns about a child’s safety. Our Child Abuse Prevention Checklist provides guidance on warning signs, when to report concerns, and how to help keep children safe.
