If you’ve seen our stories this week, then you know we’re having car trouble 😩 My car was out of commission for a couple of weeks with a bad radiator hose, and now it needs new ball joints. Kayla’s car kicked the bucket 🪣, and unfortunately the work that needs to be done exceeds how much it’s worth. We’re now unexpectedly saving up for a down payment and we could really use the help 🙏🏽

My wonderful friend A’iesha has created a GoFundMe for Kayla and I to help us offset the cost, as we still have bills to pay too! We are so grateful for anyone and everyone who has shared and/or donated 💵

This past November, I decided it was time to update all of my old product photos because a lot of them were very dated 🫣 I think I’m about 90% done, there are just a few randoms that I need to retake. I went super simple with just a solid background because I want my label designs and the products themselves to be the primary focus. And now, I have the opportunity to highlight all of our existing scents, such as Lavender & Apricot, with a brand new look ✨

I take my product photos with my phone (iPhone 14 Pro Max) in a tabletop light box with a white backdrop, and I do all of my own editing, which includes color matching a new background with the label 📸

Sometimes you just have to work with what you’ve got!
