Hailing from St. Louis Missouri, 18 year old Sam Avery is a local musician who takes from the creative styles of groups like The Grateful Dead, Flatt and Scruggs, Jack White, Sly and The Family Stone, and many other musical traditions including Blues, Country and Western, and Bluegrass. Being influenced by the ideas of Jerry Garcia and The Grateful Dead, Sam’s main goal is to have fun as well as provide a show for the audience like no other.
