1️⃣ Prone Hip Extension - glute activation, hip extension, and slight stretch on the hip flexors
2️⃣ Tri-Planar Stretch - control depth of stretch in three planes of motion + open groin/adductors
3️⃣ Frog Stretch - rocking adductor stretch with hip internal rotation; modify from arms extended to resting on forearms
4️⃣ 90-90 Heel Clicks - target internal/external rotation, hip flexion as you avoid the floor
5️⃣ Elevated Hip Flexor-Hamstring Rocks - dynamic deep stretch from hip flexor to hamstring to calf
