Duchess Rose Royal Street Food is looking for a reliable, professional, and energetic food truck cook/ and a food truck manager to join our growing team! If you love great food, fast-paced environments, and creating memorable customer experiences, this could be the perfect fit for you.

🚚 Key Responsibilities:

Drive the food truck safely to and from scheduled events (Manager role only)

Prepare and cook menu items efficiently and consistently according to company recipes and standards

Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment

Complete food prep, including cutting, chopping, mixing, and sauce preparation

Set up, stock, and break down food stations

Maintain cleanliness and comply with all food safety and sanitation standards

Monitor food storage and cooking temperatures to ensure quality and safety

Follow company portion sizes, cooking methods, and operational procedures

Assist with kitchen closing duties using established checklists

Stay knowledgeable about menu items, off-menu specials, and promotions

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of DRRS standards, procedures, and products

✅ Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Previous cooking or food service experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Strong customer service skills

Ability to lift 10–20 lbs and stand for extended periods
