A stage isn’t just a backdrop, it’s a visual representation of the event’s purpose.

From their seats, guests saw a contemporary backdrop featuring metal columns reminiscent of an aircraft’s airframe. Uplighting bounced off the surface, creating a dramatic and complementary companion to the aviation-themed presentation shared on a 20’ LED screen.

But it was more than just metal and lights. It was an echo of the innovation that the Lindbergh Foundation aimed to inspire with its inaugural Spirit of St. Louis Awards event.

As the presentation continued, award winners took to stage, while subtle changes in color and vibrancy matched the sentiment of the moment connecting the audience with the emotion behind each award recipient.

As many legendary designers have said before, “great design is never seen, it’s felt”. In live production, details like these transform good moments into remarkable ones – a deliberate part of our design process for every event we produce.
