ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL??!!
EZ ENTERTAINMENT PRESENTS: Super Bowl Prediction Game
Participants will receive a questionnaire after they pay their entry fee. There are 25 different questions to answer about the game and halftime show. At the top of the questionnaire please give your prediction of the total score. This will be used incase of a tie. Participants will pay a fee of $10(via cashapp) to join the competition and must share their completed form before the game starts. Please scan the QR code on the flyer for payment information.
