Z & I have been going on little day trips from time to time when we have a day off. This short day trip was in April to Bloomington and Peoria; We usually listen to a podcast, talk, or explore new music and it always refreshes our eyes to see new things, walk and talk, and meet new people.

Having new perspectives, new experiences, and new visions are vital! It keeps our minds sharp and fresh, and our mindsets challenged and perceptions renewed!

I just wanna say Congratulations to the Poseys! Tiffany & Ethan shared a small intimate wedding a couple weeks ago and it was absolutely beautiful 💗🌹

There are some humans I look up to ☀️just because ☀️ and Tiffany is one of them. Community Advocate, Leader, Powerhouse of a woman, mother, and now Wife…. And you can’t forget CEO! 💓 who has prioritized her self and her growth and that is something I respect and admire! She always notices the light in others and there have been times I’ve simply walked past her in public while she’s talking to someone and she is there, lifting them up, and noticing what others may not about other humans. She is strong in subtle ways and gentle in her compassion for others! Her titles are many but her spirit is one of a kind 👑👑👑

Love stories make me happy; especially the ones that are least expected but full of healing and restoration. 💓🙌🏼🌸

Working with Shawna was a dream. I met Shawna years ago, in school, and she and I were both hot messes with lots of laughs to share. You could always catch us sharing notes in Human Bio. 🫶🏻 Shawna, having the opportunity to work with you AND being able to capture this side of you made me so happy! Having the option to have these empowering shoots inside Sarah Pointer’s studio is amazing! falling in love with studio work, and I never thought I’d say that again! 💗

As we move into May, what are you doing for yourself this month?

This month I am leaning into the quiet, creative space and receiving so many messages of clarity and inspiration.
I am investing in myself: time for my relationship with God, investing in my health and appearance, my education, my art, my mind, my relationships.
I am allowing myself to be rid of the desires for emotional crutches and habits that aren’t going to work for the next season of my life.
I am stepping out of fear of failure and what others think and into faith that what’s for me will not be lost.
Sprinkling lots of gratefulness and deepening my spiritual practices where needed.
