Or, in this case…HOT THINGs! 🌶️🌶️🌶️ The Whistle team recently decided to pool their individual culture budgets to hold the first ever company hot sauce tasting! Whistle employees sampled a variety of hot sauces made from various types of peppers from around the world. 👨‍🚒🚒🔥

With the Whistle platform, companies now have multiple options to distribute budgets to managers so they can meet the unique and personalized needs of each teammate or employee. Budgets can also be distributed directly to employees, letting them feel more valued and empowered.
