We hosted our very first Director of Nursing Certification Program. It was an incredible experience!

Over the course of three days, our Directors of Nursing committed themselves to an intensive learning journey, culminating in a 102-question certification exam. Their dedication, focus, and professionalism were evident every step of the way. We are proud to share that all of our Missouri DONs successfully passed the exam. This is an outstanding accomplishment and a true reflection of their expertise and commitment to excellence in care.

This program represents an investment in leadership, quality outcomes, and the continued growth of those who make a difference every day in the lives of residents and team members.
