On August 3rd, STL COA’s CDR Patrick Harper ran the inaugural Telford Tree Farm 5k Run/Ruck to support Got Your Six Support Dogs. Telford Tree Farm is a veteran-owned custom health and fitness training center in Troy, IL.

Got Your Six PTSD Support Dogs of Maryville, IL trains and provides specialized service dogs to veterans and first-responders suffering from post traumatic stress to help them regain their lives through the healing power of dogs. The race is slated to continue annually in conjunction with the Troy VFW’s Oktoberfest. Watch for opportunities to run, ruck, or volunteer next year!
