Diversity Awareness Partnership

After a long history of successful collaboration, Diversity Awareness Partnership (DAP) and NCCJ St. Louis are thrilled to announce the official merger of our organizations, forming Gateway Equity Institute (GEI).

GEI’s mission is to activate and support communities to advance equity and justice. We will achieve this mission by empowering leaders to drive institutional and systemic change, providing a wide range of transformational training and coaching opportunities, and engaging youth through in-depth diversity programs.

GEI will be led by Executive Director Rhonda Carter Adams, whose expertise and leadership will enable GEI to innovate and expand our community connections. Please check back as we share additional information spotlighting her vision for our organization's future!
