We are thrilled to announce the rollout of ERGs or Employee Resource Groups at Sapper. We held our first preview event, Wine Down Wednesday, for our Women's ERG. Our panel which consisted of members of our director and the executive team was asked a series of questions pertaining to leadership style and promoting inclusion in the workplace.

This ERG is a place where we cultivate resources, stimulate discussion, and share best practices to best support and enhance the personal and professional development of women at Sapper.
