New Jersey 101.5 recently highlighted a settlement securing $532,000 for four Hudson Valley landowners affected by the Beacon–Hopewell Junction rail to trail project.

Lewis Rice represented the landowners, building on more than $1.06 million previously recovered along this corridor.

Lindsay and Meghan recently traveled to Knoxville, Tennessee for cases involving the SoKno Trail and Art Walk. During their visit, they met with adjacent landowners to help them better understand their rights.
