I also want to mention silent appointments are ✨ always ✨ on the table. This time of year the stress of the holidays & blues from the short days can really get to us. If you want to bring earbuds and listen to a podcast you haven’t had time to listen to or a book to help you escape reality, by all means use your time however your soul requires you to! 🌟
