What’s the best cure for a long week of pain and exhaustion? Friday afternoon Physical Therapy may not be my first choice.!. But nonetheless, glad I went. Now then, time to head home for a protein shake, and oatmeal raisin cookie. 🍪 Scott Tapp

I’m thinking this Friday, Friday the 13th, I’m going to celebrate over a Camp Crystal Lake (it’s haunted, you know!) theme for dinner.
- Hot Dogs 🌭 (some blood 🩸 - tastes like ketchup- on the buns)
- Baked Beans 🫘 (not as baked as the camp counselors, but getting there)
- Macaroni N Cheese 🫕 some’s got blood splatters and some don’t (again, tastes like ketchup)
- Funyuns, Fritos, Doritos - Diners Choice! (Needed a chip selection I loved in the ‘80s at Summer Camp…. 🏕️)
- Bug Juice 🧃 or (BYOB)
- Bloody S’mores (funny thing, on sweet treats the blood splatter tastes a lot more like chocolate 🍫 and cherries 🍒 )
