Mediterranean Harvest. July’s Seasonal Bread.

Available only during July.

This limited seasonal sourdough is made with Kalamata olives, Parmigiano Reggiano, fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, and extra virgin olive oil.

It will not be available for purchase at the market.

Every loaf must be pre-ordered through our website and can be picked up at the U City Farmers Market or in Our Kitchen (Creve Coeur).

Starting this week, enjoy fresh artisan bread delivered to your door every Thursday between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

To celebrate three years of Bread & Bake:

• Free delivery on orders over $40
• $5.95 delivery on orders under $40
• Delivery available within 10 miles of our kitchen
• Outside this area? Contact us and we’ll be happy to review your delivery request.

Our breads are naturally fermented for 72 hours, so orders close every Monday at 10:00 PM for Thursday delivery.

Part 3 🍕

This was the moment I realized it belongs on the menu.

Fresh mozzarella.
A hot oven.
A 72-hour sourdough crust.

Then came the real test.

Family gathered around.
Slices disappeared.
Nobody stopped at one.

I may have started Father’s Day with one pizza, but I ended the day wondering if sourdough pizza nights should become a thing at Bread & Bake | STL Sourdough.
