Medical respite care for people experiencing homelessness doesn't happen in a silo, it happens in partnership with hospitals, medical staff, social workers, churches, universities, individuals, philanthropists, and so many more. Three Steps home is providing a new level of care for individuals released from hospitals who have nowhere to go to heal besides the streets. We don't (and can't) do it alone.
