Message From CEO

When National Design Build Services was founded in 2007, the construction industry was looking for a new solution to the traveling Design/Build process. We sought to fill this gap and create a better approach to the nationwide Design/Build market.

General Contractors often complained that projects outside of their home markets lacked the supervision they deserved, leaving me to ask myself, β€œWhy?”. The answer I found is that labor is continually the biggest risk factor and most of our competitors employ large local labor forces. Many mechanical contractors were focusing their attention on their local projects in order to reduce labor risk, while allowing their national projects to be ignored. The result was that the general contractor was then stuck managing the work of the mechanical contractor, which detracts from their ability to manage the job as a whole.

We knew there had to be a better way.
