💪 Tina Lenihan is approaching 30 years with Interim Physicians, and providers across multiple specialties continue to trust her guidance and consistency. When she’s not helping clinicians find the right fit, she’s cheering on the Miami Dolphins through every season.

🌟 Lauren Roberts will celebrate a decade with Interim this August. A repeat Performer of the Month winner, Lauren is known for building lasting relationships with clinicians and always putting their priorities first. Outside of work, her family keeps her motivated and moving.

🎉 Danielle Chivers is nearing her fourth anniversary with Interim Physicians. She keeps communication clear, stays accessible to her providers, and makes sure clinicians always know they have support. Away from work, she brings the same calm focus to the yoga studio.

👏🏼 Gatlin Saylors is celebrating three years with Interim this month. He takes pride in understanding what matters most to the physicians he works with and is always ready to answer the phone, even when he’s camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains.

As an Area Vice President for 14 years, John Hoehne ensures clients, recruiters, and Interim’s support staff are aligned so the team can hit its goals. When he isn’t working, he clears his mind with exercise and winds down in the evenings with his family.

Jennifer Phelps - 13 Years
It’s lucky 13 for Controller Jennifer Phelps! She keeps the numbers in check, reviewing timesheets, rates, invoices, and travel receipts with a sharp eye. Off the clock, she’s all in for family game night.

Jessica Klenke - 4 Years
Billing Manager Jessica Klenke has spent nearly half a decade keeping billing on track, from provider timesheets to client invoices. When she’s not connecting with recruiters and clinicians, you’ll find her cheering on her son’s baseball team from the bleachers.
