Install and maintenance asphalt/ concrete pavement.
Techs need to run large equipment, shovel, maintain machines, be able to work in warm environment, follow safety procedures, have drivers license, answer phone and use apps proficiently, work extended hours and follow directives.
Wages are based on experience and performance. Work trucks are provided to some employees.
Medical, health and vision insurance provided and other benefits are optional.
Overtime is normal if interested and we consistently work year round without need for unemployment.
