We’re Hiring: Bookkeeping & Billing Specialist!

Join the Gateway DSA team and play a vital role in ensuring accurate financial operations and strong grant compliance. This part-time, non-exempt position offers 15–20 hours per week and is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting our mission.

In this role, you will:

✔️ Manage financial operations, including recordkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
✔️ Prepare and submit grant billings in compliance with funder requirements
✔️ Provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making
✔️ Collaborate with staff and leadership to strengthen organizational processes
