We were pleased as punch to welcome the members of the Class of 2020 and their parents back to campus for a reunion celebration to mark their high school graduation! The pandemic kept the Class of 2020 from many of their Grade 6 capstone experiences, so we all wanted this reunion to be extra special.
After the high school graduates were introduced at the year's last all-school assembly, they exited The Rand Center for their very own Froot Loop parade, a last-day-of-school tradition! Later, the students revisited their Challenge Days by tackling the climbing wall and high ropes course.
Special thanks to Coaches Justin Harris and Jen Ulsas for leading the day's Adventure Center activities.

's Adventure Center progression begins with observation of the climbing wall in Eyas and Pre-K, followed by a more formal introduction to the climbing wall in Jr-K and the flying squirrel in Sr-K. By Grade 1, students are introduced to the high ropes course, where they tackle increasingly complex challenges in Grades 2–6.
The journey culminates in a special tradition during the last week of Grade 6, when students walk the Shelton Span high beam. Each student is hoisted onto the beam by their classmates, then walks across to sign their name in "the book." Here, they leave heartfelt messages for their Little Friends and younger siblings to discover during their own future beam walks.
Shout out to Coaches Justin Harris and Jen Ulsas for developing and facilitating the Adventure Center curriculum, and to Mr. Joe Kaminski (Grade 6) for the awesome GoPro photos!
