HIS 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬: Before he came to us, Debo spent his entire life on a chain in a backyard. Through the heat. Through the cold. Never knowing what it felt like to be loved.

But one neighbor saw what Debo was going through — and refused to look away. That one phone call to animal control changed everything.

He came to us from Granite City Animal Control — heartworm positive, but full of heart. He fought through treatment like the champ he is, and today? He is completely back to normal activity.
He is a hunk of ham, but he has the biggest heart and cutest face! He would love to have a 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵is 𝗼𝘄𝗻!

𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬: This loving soul was found as a stray last summer, super skinny, but still so sweet 🥹 Time in a kennel was hard on him and he found himself at risk at a local shelter till he thought he’d found furever. Sadly, one year later circumstances changed and the thought of him going back to a shelter broke everyone’s hearts 😞
Thankfully, a 𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼 stepped up and opened their home where he has been ✨ thriving ✨ ever since 🥹

𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝘆 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘀𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗿:

• rides well in the car and sits like a hooman 😆
•a good sleeper, not in any rush to wake you up early!
•loves to sun bathe and run around in the yard ☀️
•walks well in his harness ✔️

•SMART! Knows sit, working on shake, and loves to learn with treats involved 😋
• 𝗗𝗢𝗚 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗬! a social butterfly 🦋
• 𝗞𝗜𝗗𝗗𝗢 𝗙𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗗𝗟𝗬! hasn’t met tiny kiddos but has done well with the older ones he’s met!

Debo had such a great time at Bark in the Park! ❤️ From meeting new people to soaking up all the attention, this handsome guy was all smiles and reminded everyone just how special he is.

And how perfect was it that he got to pose next to our raffle sign featuring… himself? 😍 We had to snap a photo!

𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗬: Tigger was found wandering North Broadway, clearly underweight, sick, covered in urine, and having bloody diarrhea 😭

Lucky for him a good samaritan saw something, said something, and DID something by bringing him to safety at our local shelter. Even luckier for him, one of our foster 𝗳𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗲𝘀 saw his stripes and big beautiful brown eyes and opened their home 🏡

He is such goofy and GOOD boy who is eager to love and please. He’s going to make a fantastic addition to one lucky family…Could it be yours? 👀

I’m Prim, and I’m so much more than what you see at first glance. Behind my playful personality and love for toys is a sweet, affectionate girl who just wants someone to love her. 🐶✨

I can be a little shy when we first meet, but once I feel comfortable, I blossom into the cuddly companion I truly am. I enjoy playtime, having fun, and spending time with my people. I’ve also lived with other dogs and would love a family who understands my personality and gives me the chance to shine.

My story started when I was left behind after an eviction, and I’ve been patiently waiting for months for someone to choose me. 💔

I have so much love and happiness to give. I just need someone to see me. 🥺💕
