Art Dwyer and his Soulard Blues Band just brought their music to Thursdays at Cecil's, and as Art Dwyer will tell you, “Our mission always is just to leave things around a little better than we found ’em.”

Long been a fan of the Soulard Blues band! Back in 1993 when Soulard was home base for STLBlues, they held down a residency at the Great Grizzly Bear, just a few doors away!
