My 180 Youth Program

A haircut can do a whole lot more than change your appearance. It can build confidence, restore dignity, and remind a young person that they matter.

Today was about more than fresh fades. It was about investing in our youth, one conversation and one act of care at a time.

Yesterday, one of our mentees took another exciting step toward his future by visiting a college campus and participating in a training and conditioning session with the team's athletic program as part of the recruiting process.

Watching our young people grow through hard work, discipline, and determination is one of the greatest rewards of mentoring. Opportunities like this are earned through consistent effort, commitment, and a willingness to keep showing up.

No matter what happens next, we're proud of the young man he is becoming and grateful to be part of his journey. We can't wait to see where his hard work leads.

At My 180 Youth Program, we believe in helping young people build confidence, develop new skills, and discover their potential—one step at a time. When we invest in our youth today, we're helping them create a stronger foundation for tomorrow.

As I look around, I'm reminded how special it is when a community comes together—neighbors connecting, families making memories, and everyone enjoying a beautiful summer evening.

Grateful to be here representing My 180 Youth Program and investing in the relationships that make our community stronger.

🎬 A New Creative Journey Begins!

We're excited to announce that My 180 Youth Program is partnering with Come Create STL over the next several weeks to help youth explore a variety of creative pathways and discover new possibilities for their future.

Through this partnership, participants will gain hands-on experience in photography, fashion design, music production, media production, and other creative arts, while learning directly from professionals in these fields. These experiences will allow youth to develop new skills, express their creativity, build confidence, and explore potential career opportunities within the creative industry.

At My 180, we believe that exposure creates opportunity. By connecting young people with creative professionals and real-world experiences, we're helping them uncover their passions, expand their horizons, and imagine what's possible for their future.

A special thank you to Come Create STL and Rick Brewer for making this opportunity possible and for investing in the next generation of creators, innovators, and leaders. We're excited to see what our youth will learn, create, and accomplish in the weeks ahead!
