SSS Completes Phase 4 Water Meter Replacement Project for Henderson Water Utility (HWU)

Second Sight Systems (SSS) is proud to announce the successful completion of Phase 4 of the water meter replacement project for Henderson Water Utility (HWU) in Henderson, KY. This milestone marks the installation of nearly 4,000 new water meters, further modernizing the city’s infrastructure and improving water usage accuracy for the community. The project also included drilling nearly 1,900 metal lids to accommodate through-the-lid antennas, enhancing the city’s advanced metering capabilities.

EnSight+ provided us with a centralized platform to manage work orders, track project progress, and monitor field activities in real time. This system was crucial in maintaining a high level of data accuracy and work quality, as it allowed our team to quickly identify and resolve any potential issues in the field. Additionally, the real-time reporting capabilities provided our team with instant visibility into project milestones, helping us stay on schedule and adhere to our commitment to quality.
